Estimates & Pricing

Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes or unforeseen conditions are discovered. We will always communicate any changes with you before proceeding.

Scheduling & Cancellations

We make every effort to arrive on time for scheduled appointments. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as early as possible so we can accommodate other customers.

Workmanship

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a repair or installation, contact us and we will make it right in accordance with our workmanship guarantee.

Limitation of Liability

My Katy Handyman is not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by faulty materials supplied by the customer, or issues outside the agreed scope of work. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
